Should I remove my personal items from my car?

Yes, we do advise that you remove all items as you maybe charged extra for the time taken for us to remove them.

How long will you need my car?

Every valet / Detail has its own length of time we will normally advise you at the time of booking.

What should I do if I had a spillage or accident on my car fabric?

Call us as quickly as possible we will do our very best to fit you into our schedule as to resolve your issue at the earliest convenience.

Do I need to pay extra for a larger vehicle to be valeted?

Yes we do charge an additional amount for 4x4s, vans, light commercial vehicles, agricultural and HGVs.

My car is really messy will I have to pay extra?

We normally carry out a pre assessment and decide if more work is needed to get you car brought up to standard.

Can I just drop my car off anytime?

No we work only from prior appointment

What if I want something extra above the normal valet / Detail?

We can offer a wide range of services from fabric protection to full paintwork detail and paint protection. Please ask at time of booking.

Will my seats be soaking wet after an interior valet?

No we only clean your fabric not the sponge beneath so therefore excessive amounts of water are not required. However they maybe damp but we always apply a seat cover to damp seats.

Do you clean my child car seats within the quoted price?

No this is an additional charge please ask at time of booking if this is required

Do you check my car for damage before working on it?

Yes we carry out a pre bodywork and interior assessment including a walkaround video prior to work being carried out. 

I have issues with my car and want advice can I call round?

YES however it is always advisable to give prior notice before visiting as due to COVID we work with on strict appointment basis. 

What if i have a cough or COVID Symptoms prior to my vehicle being dropped off with you.

Please inform us ASAP so we can change your vehicle booking date, to keep ourselves and customers safe and protected this is the best option.

To secure a booking will I need to pay a deposit

YES all bookings from 4th January 2022 will require a deposit before we will secure a space in our booking system. This will be a percentage of the booking cost and will 

ONLY be refundable within a full 48 hours of the booking time and date.

Is it possible to only upholstery clean my seats and not the rest of vehicle interior

NO sorry this is not a service we offer. we do offer a full interior Valet / Detail service if required

Why can't I see your service prices

We believe that prices can be misled on services. We always recommend an inspection of your vehicle so that we can give an accurate quote rather than a generic figure
